Postage & Returns
In order to ensure that you the customer gets the very best service we can provide we ensure that all our items are checked for faulty workmanship and damage before they are dispatched to you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, then please contact us to let us know that you are returning the item and why you are returning the item. return the item to us within 14 day's of receiving your item and we will refund, including postage, exchange or replace the item provided the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was received.
If the Item is being returned because of size issues then you will be liable for returned cost of items if you ordered the wrong size. If we sent an incorrect size out to you then we will refund the cost of postage to you without question.
Please ensure that all tags, and original packaging and invoice details are returned so that we can deal with your return more efficiently.
If you are returning an item for any other reason then a refund, excluding postage will be made.
In for any other reason you intend to return an item then let us know first so that we can arrange with you the customer, what you would prefer to do to rectify any problems that may have arisen.
